Andrea Hauber

As our TEAM DEVELOPER, Andrea is instrumental in making sure all of our athletes and coaches are AAU/USAV compliant. She registers our teams for tournaments, creates and validates all rosters and stays on top of all the tournament requirements our teams need to fulfill in order to be able to compete. In addition, she fulfills many other duties when it comes to our events, insurance needs, etc. She is always willing to help and we are so grateful to have her go-get-it attitude on the Board because when something needs done, you can count on Andrea to do it.

Get to know Andrea

“I am married and have a son and daughter. I work full-time for Sheridan County in the Planning and Engineering Department. I have been with the County for 17.5 years.”

What is something you enjoy about the club experience at Blacktooth?

“I feel Blacktooth provides a very inviting and accepting environment for all the athletes and families. It provides a feeling of belonging.”

What you are looking forward to most for the upcoming season and serving on the BVC board?

“I am looking forward to continuing to watch the kids grow in a positive way and have a blast while doing so. I want to help the club continue to grow to be able to provide a positive experience for more kids in the years to come.”

Why is Blacktooth’s philosophy of "person first, athlete second" important to you?

“The philosophy of Blacktooth is important to me because I feel they help instill ethics, morals, and accountability for all the kids. Instilling these values not only helps with sports, but carries over to the rest of their lives. This also shows the kids that coaches see them as individuals and not just as athletes.”

Other Tidbits

“I love the outdoors. While it may be as simple as taking care of our cows, fishing, or paddle boarding with my daughter, I like to connect with nature. I am always up for an adventure with my family.”
